Well, that sucks for the guy. I remember from vocational school, when I had a 125 cc Suzuki RG, with an engine that I had serviced, and another guy had a "tuned" 125 cc Suzuki RG. One day at school we went to our bikes at the same time to go home, and this other guy could not start his tuned Suzuki. He quickly became very frustrated. I got on my bike and kick-started it with one gentle kick. I felt sorry for him but it was nice to have my bike start so easily.
